Privacy Policy

Any information gathered on this website, or any other sites affiliated with Artist Jamari will never be shared or sold.

Damaged Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being packaged and shipped. 

All original artworks, are inspected, photographed and heavily wrapped for shipping. 

If you believe the item was damaged in the shipping process, Artist Jamari must be notified via email within 24 hours or receiving the item(s).  Otherwise it is perceived as the items being undamaged.  

If your items were damaged, and you notified us within the proper amount of time, Artist Jamari will handle the situation asap.  

If it was a printed product, we will provide a replacement asap. 

If it was an original one of a kind piece, we will see if it can be mended in studio, and have it shipped back.  Or we if it is beyond repair, we will issue a 100% refund(excluding shipping).

Returns

On all printed products we will only accept a return if there is a problem with the printing itself.  If this is proven to be the case we will issue a revised print, or a refund.  

On all original one of a kind artwork and products, we do not offer returns or refunds.  Unless it was damaged in shipping (see damage policy)
